Con una gran participaci\u00f3n de asistentes, el programa Act\u00edvate Recio y En Serio lleg\u00f3 al municipio de San Jos\u00e9 de Gracia, donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo una master class de activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica que reuni\u00f3 a personas de todas las edades en un ambiente de energ\u00eda, convivencia y bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La jornada cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n especial de Mariela L\u00f3pez, quien encabez\u00f3 la sesi\u00f3n con una din\u00e1mica llena de ritmo y motivaci\u00f3n, invitando a las y los asistentes a incorporar la actividad f\u00edsica como parte de su vida diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Act\u00edvate Recio y En Serio es un programa impulsado por el Instituto del Deporte del Estado de Aguascalientes que tiene como objetivo promover estilos de vida saludables mediante actividades f\u00edsicas recreativas en los municipios, colonias y comunidades de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
