Aguascalientes se consolida como uno de los principales productores de cebolla del pa\u00eds, con un rendimiento anual cercano a 13 mil toneladas, un ingrediente esencial en la cocina de todos los d\u00edas. Esta hortaliza se cultiva en municipios como Asientos, Calvillo, Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda, Pabell\u00f3n de Arteaga, Rinc\u00f3n de Romos, Tepezal\u00e1, El Llano, San Francisco de los Romo y la capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gracias a la innovaci\u00f3n, los productores hidroc\u00e1lidos no solo buscan mayor volumen, sino mejor calidad y ahorro de agua. En el Rancho Charco Azul, por ejemplo, se utilizan macrot\u00faneles y acolchado, t\u00e9cnicas que protegen los cultivos de fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos extremos, optimizan la humedad y reducen plagas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
