Fue entonces cuando un grupo de visionarios \u2014Fernando del Moral Muriel, la Sra. Alicia Romero de Andrea y el Arq. Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Ruvalcaba\u2014 imaginaron un evento que diera vida a nuestras calles en oto\u00f1o y rindiera homenaje a la genialidad de Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Posada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el impulso del sector hotelero y el respaldo del Gobierno del Estado, naci\u00f3 el Festival Cultural de Calaveras, inspirado en el Cerro del Muerto y en la calidez de su gente. Su lema original, \u201cM\u00e9xico tiene un coraz\u00f3n, Aguascalientes tiene un coraz\u00f3n: su gente\u201d, marc\u00f3 el inicio de una tradici\u00f3n que hoy nos define.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que comenz\u00f3 como una apuesta por el turismo cultural, hoy es el segundo festival m\u00e1s importante de M\u00e9xico: un emblema que celebra el arte, la identidad y el esp\u00edritu que nos une entre la vida y la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, Fernando del Moral Muriel, uno de los fundadores del festival, reconoci\u00f3 y felicit\u00f3 al secretario de Turismo, Mauricio Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez, por el fortalecimiento y crecimiento que ha tenido el Festival Cultural de Calaveras.
