El Instituto del Deporte del Estado de Aguascalientes (IDEA), en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Confederaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma de Trabajadores y Empleados de M\u00e9xico (CATEM), anuncia la realizaci\u00f3n del Primer Encuentro Deportivo para J\u00f3venes Trabajadores de la Industria Automotriz, un evento que busca fomentar la sana convivencia y fortalecer el tejido social entre j\u00f3venes del sector automotor en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La convocatoria est\u00e1 dirigida a trabajadoras y trabajadores de entre 18 y 30 a\u00f1os que laboran en empresas afiliadas a la CATEM. En esta primera edici\u00f3n, habr\u00e1 \u00fanicamente futbol r\u00e1pido, con miras a que en futuras ediciones se integren m\u00e1s disciplinas deportivas practicadas por los integrantes de este importante gremio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El encuentro tiene como objetivo promover la amistad, la solidaridad y el trabajo en equipo, mediante actividades recreativas y deportivas que contribuyan al desarrollo f\u00edsico, emocional y social de los participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La sede ser\u00e1 el Deportivo Ferrocarrilero y las competencias se desarrollar\u00e1n los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de julio de 2025. Con esta iniciativa conjunta, el IDEA y la CATEM refrendan su compromiso con el impulso al deporte como herramienta de integraci\u00f3n, desarrollo humano y mejora del ambiente laboral entre la juventud trabajadora del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
